Trail Type: Mid-distance circuit; varied surfaces, from paved to meadow grasses, well maintained, with the route itself specifically marked in most, but not all, places.

Trail Description: This pleasant circuit trail through some of the famous vineyards of northern Alsace meanders through three villages, woods, fields and of course, vineyards, ascending and descending the hills of the region, or following on level ground along creeks and small rivers.

None on or close by the trail, but a public restroom is in Molsheim, by R. de Strasbourg, by the tower and park.

Lots of beautiful vistas and idyllic countryside

There are several wineries or shops along or near the trail where you can buy Steinklotz of Marlenheim, Dahlenheim’s Engelberg, the Altenbergs of Wolxheim and Bergbieten, and Molsheim’s Bruderthal, the northern-most Grands Crus in Alsace.
